With 32 years experience on the racetrack, in the breeding shed, and performance horse arenas, my mares are part of my family, and a healthy athletic foal is the reward for a job well done. Of course I realize that the breeding process is an industry to most of us, but to some of us it is still just for the love of the horse. We try to keep a balance of these two viewpoints.
